Ordered a canvas on 15th August. Site information indicated delivery in a few days, however, nearly 4 weeks later, it arrived.
Poor customer services simply pointing me to the UPS app to find out where my canvas was. No effort or interest in trying to help me.
UPS didn’t even show the order being received and only sprang into life, 2 hours before the item was delivered.
Overall, the canvas was fine but until they get rid of UPS, I’ll go elsewhere.
On another matter, I get almost daily promos from Picanova offering huge discounts but when ever I upload a picture, the size I want is always full price and their suggestion that I can only have certain sizes due to my picture quality is arrogant.
I wanted 75 x 50 to match all the other canvases I’ve had over the years from this company but it would only allow me 60 x 30.
Personally, I don’t mind if it’s a bit grainy on the larger size, that’s my choice but to simply say I can’t have it is not how a company should operate.
