They lost my order placed mid November. There was no response to emails chasing the order. It was only when I started talking about legal action in mid December that they responded. They had managed to take the money out of my account straight away. There was no apology for the complete lack of product or service. I’m now waiting for a refund. I have no doubt that this will not be straight forward. There are other companies that provide these products. I can’t recommend then on any level.
