I placed my order and paid for Express Delivery due in 2 days. After 4 days I phoned the company to be greeted by an employee who inferred I should have received my order. He said he would look into it and contact me. 3 more days went by, with me trying to make contact by phone every day. No response at all and no opportunity to leave a message. Finally, desperate to get my canvasses as gifts to teachers at the end of the school term I reordered from another source. I now hear that my canvasses are on their way from Canvass4Life. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of communication and the week's delay that I paid a premium rate to avoid. The charges for the canvasses were extortionate in the first place and to have to rebuy them to ensure I had the gifts in time makes me extremely angry.
