Camera did not work, amazingly. Focus, lighting, similarity to subject was so off you couldn't tell if vegetable, mineral, animal or human. Shutter button did not work, video button did not activate when pressed until later for no logical reason. Focus quality remained unwaveringly bad. Brown strap included that did not match black/silver camera. Camera, settings, manual, warranty, invoice all in Japanese or Chinese(??) **5 day return policy.** Woo hoo! What a trip!
Customer service blamed customer, demanded customer do the work to prove there was something wrong with camera, pics and video sent were not sufficient. They asked for another lens and another camera with which to investigate the problem FOR the customer services "helpers". Merely suggested if I return it and the camera did not meet their requirements for a defective camera they would charge me. Shipping also my responsibility. A quintessential nightmare transaction.
