Ordered a dvd November advised it had been shipped and expected mid December. Chased after 4 weeks to be advised out of stock . When I complained about the length of time to tell me this they then said it woul be sent in a few days. it wasn’t. I could have bought from alternative suppliers and told them I had been disadvantaged by their actions. Their response is to churn out standard responses even when I mention forward to complaints. Appalling service. Avoid

I see a few negative reviews here,but I have had great business success when purchasing from Momox! They grade the cds to an honest standard(purchased over 50 in last 12 months) and although I’ve had a few cracked cases in the post (easily replaced) most of the cds have been absolutely fantastic and a great saving too! I guess it depends on what you are dealing with but seriously- Momox have been great for me!

Ordered a CD from Momox, via their eBay shop. Paid for item when ordered but status never showed dispatched. Contacted Momox only to be sold item wasn't actually in stock. Requested refund but Momox dragging their heels. Suspect I will need ebay to intervene. I would never buy from Momox again, nor recommend them, as they are not a trustworthy company. EBay should remove them from their platform.

I recently received 2 Damadged items al in one envelope while i payd seperatly for shiping costs i ask them for an refund Bud they refuse to do that they expect that you as an custumer pay for the return and they want only uninshured on the lowest posibale shiping costs.for these 2 ITEMS i payd for excelent condition very good Bud i received very poor shape.one is an digipack while they dident have informd me that it wil be an digipack.an medimops sticker on this digipack that's REDICIOULOUS IT cant het of without getting more damadge on this digipack.both discs are scratched!i want at least an discount or i go to the cops! I payd over€35,00!

Warning! I never received the book I ordered and although the seller has multiple copies offered for sale claims not to have a copy to send. After many frustrating emails back-and-forth I am still waiting for even a partial refund. They sent a random book and want me to pay to send it back to Germany at my own expense. I see from other reviewer‘s that you will never get this money back. Do not purchase from momox Shop!

I returned a book because what I received was not the same book that they advertised. They promised they would grant me my return cost if I sent it back to them. they gave an address in Canada, where I live and requested I choose the lowest possible shipping method. I complied with all requests and after tracking showed they received the book, they refused to give back cost of shipping twice claiming they did not receive the book, that it was on the way to Great Britain/USA or Germany. The third email they claimed they do not ship to Canada or the USA because of covid??? Still refusing to give back cost of shipping as they promised me in an email. No integrity, no morals. Please buy elsewhere.

I am an author. Momox are advertising my book for sale for £179!!! The RRP is £4.99. I have EVERY COPY ever printed in my possession. THEY CANNOT POSSIBLY HAVE A COPY TO SELL.

I would not recommend Momox. I sent some 20odd books and records that would fetch me 11euros. But once they arrived at momox they decided that half of them were not up to their standards and gave me the choice of having them sent back to me for 4euros which left me with a sale of two euros for 10books, or to let them 'recycle' them. I at first thought that something had gone wrong during transport and wanted to know if the transporter's responsibility could be questioned but the robot kept answering that I had two choices and sent me urgent messages ' make your decision'... I wrote a few times, please call me but to no avail, so I called and the person on the other end hung up on me. the call cost me 12euros. I had the products sent back and they were in perfect condition. This shop is basically luring you into sending them stuff and they decide when they receive the goods if it's worth something or not, they don't give you the choice to get all your products back and push you economically to let them recycle the one they don't accept...

Awful, do not use. Sent books, said weren't accepted with no reason why, asked and just said they couldnt say why. Wanted £12 to return! Unacceptable

Refused half the books for no reason then tried to charge me £12 return to stop them from keeping them for free This was even after chasing them to see if they had received the parcel 2+ weeks later

I was selling approximately 10 books to them. I sent them as 5 separate packages of which they received 4. I had to chase them to find out if they received any of them. They assumed that someone else's books were mine and when I told them that they weren't, they accused me of sending in the wrong books (Why would I?). I wouldn't mind not receiving the paltry amount they offered anyway for my books if it wasn't the fact that they treated me like they were doing me a favour. I am hugely disappointed and have asked for an enquiry.

Yes, they advertise cheap prices. But it really does not worth it. Books are not as described. They even sent me a useless CD instead of a book (because the book was too cheap, probably). No customer service. And I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a refund. They will not refund a book THAT THEY DID NOT SENT. Avoid.

I sent some books to Momox. It took a few weeks for them to receive items and check them. Then 5 more expensive books were discarded and the offer was reduced drastically. I checked the items very carefully and the items that were discarded were in very good condition at the time I checked them before sending them, some of them completely new. I am shocked to know that almost half of the books, mostly new and more expensive ones, were discarded on the basis of wear and tear. How can a new book have signs of wear and tear? I cannot express enough how unhappy I am about this. I think that the attitude to customers is so disrespectful! I feel cheated and taken advantage of. If I paid for their goods I could request my money back but how can I request my books back? They charge a fortune for sending them back, much more then their own initial evaluation. I am shocked at how easy it is for the company just not to pay and I would like to have some consumer rights in this situation. I am shocked! Stay away!
