Terminally closed my account with no other reason than they BELIEVE I breached their terms and conditions. This is wrong. They would not provide proof of this. I was losing then all of a sudden i went on a winning streak and bam account closed lol. They won't even release my funds. So new players I advise you to stay away unless you want to win money and then they snatch it off you with no reason at all. The business needs looking at

i was with tombola for years with no problems as i am a care worker i never played much due to working long hours however when i caught covid and was off work i was playing to pass the time and winning so i never lost then all of a sudden they banned me asking for bank statements and then after i sent them asking me personal questions regarding my transactions and then banned its disgusting i said no other sites do this and she replied maybe they should its shocking how they can tell people how to spend there money and assume we cant afford it and are heavy gamblers when quite simply i am an adult and know my limits disgraceful way to treat customers

Would not recommend Tombola to anybody, treat players disgusting and block there accounts for some made up reason, without any evidence whatsoever after playing for many years my account was suddenly disabled, I used a new bank card to deposit into my account as I have a new bank account and suddenly my account was disabled, then a few minutes later my mums account was disabled, according to tombola we was sharing a bingo account, after there so called investigation lol, the only thing we share is our house, totally different accounts, we don't even have the same bank ffs, absolute joke of a site, avoid at all costs.

My account just got disabled because I said on the chat that the majority of spins are empty and they have no loyalty to the regulars only the newbies! Cm speak to people like rubbish, they don’t even have the decency to apologize when they are in the wrong, no warning of my account being disabled either, wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone unless you want them to eat your money up.always the same winners on the up wins probably bots! Wouldn’t mind but quite a few people on the chat were complaining about the rtp being horrendous and I bet they never got banned!

cm's can be bossy and rude, same players seem to always win which is fishy. you have to spend around £1.000 before u get a sniff off £200 back. 1tg's stick all the time. obviously fixed. 11 of us have givin up on it

I have been a member of Tombola 2007, I have always used they’re safe play tools my favourite of which is the cool off so I can control my spending, on Tuesday if this week I was due back on the site after a 3 week cooling off period to find that my account has been disabled with no notice what so ever and that I had to contact customer services which I duly did I was then told that I would have to wait for a call back from the “safe play team “ two days waiting for said callback I tried the live chat facility, complete waste of time……this used to be a great site but now it’s totally gone downhill with dreadful customer service….I used to enjoy my monthly online bingo sessions but no more. Account Closed and good riddance to bad rubbish.

I have been a member of TOMBOLA since 2007 yes 15 years. So when they stopped me from putting money into the account to play I thought it was just a hiccup. After calling and answering a number of questions all about my private income they have just informed me I must provide them with 9 months of bank statements to prove to them I am able to afford to play the game. My question to TOMBOLA is who do you think has been paying for the past 15 years it's my money and if you are that concerned about my welfare then do me the honour of giving all the money spent over the 15 years' What a downright cheek I will never play Tombola ever again, even though in the past I always said it was the best site . Have been playing slots on Tombola for around 2 yrs and in that time have deposited around £6000 and taken out £5900, its been neck and neck the entire way.. random number generator? No chance., complete fix.. Don't mention anything in chat as they'll suspend account until you phone them.. After that they fleece the hell out of you.. Zero chance of winning.

Account was blocked completely out the blue. Tried to contact multiple times was sent the same generic emails to their terms and conditions. Bare in mind I have been a customer for over 5 years! I have recommended many people to the site previously and out the blue the account is blocked. Stay away from them at all costs and take your business elsewhere. Please do not keep hundreds of pounds in the account like I did. I also requested a payout earlier in the year by cheque received the cheque and it bounced. I asked them why, months later (after chasing multiple times), they said it was cashed in - Showed them my bank statements, and it was clearly showing it bouncing! Stay well clear of them.

Was with them for 6 years won quite a bit but also spent a bit disabled my account I supplied 12 months bank statements which showed I can afford to gamble ridiculous! The chat managers talk to you like children I’m actually glad they disabled my account now not worth my time or money!! Avoid!!

I have been playing tombola for just under a year, at first lots of wins and then for months after no wins at all! I moaned saying I need a win today (meaning I have put so much money in, there has to be a win) they disabled my account and at e asking for bank statements, but at the time they was happy to take all my money with no wins! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone as seem to always be the same people winning!

Joke got my account up to £595 for it to be disabled by tombola Because of a bank account issue, but they was no problem with them taking the money out of the bank just when I tried to get my winnings. Still trying to fight it but no it’s a waste of time!! I gave my brother a play mate bonus code his account has been blocked as well. CS are no help asked for all this info which I provided am still waiting to here from them. Never been as gutted in my life.

I have just had the same thing happen to me I made 7 deposits over the last week money was taken from bank card no issue but when I tried to withdraw today they disabled my account and said its a breach of terms and conditions because I had registered with my daughters bank card, I had deposited 50 pound and within an hr had it up to 400 but now can't get it.

Disabled account, no reason but I quess its because I had a moan, how old are the staff here, its just unbelievable chat is monitored by Cms who are mostly immature children, they are vile to players who have a moan, get jumped on by other players its on verge of bullying, seen it myself so have other players, as long as you go on this site don't mind the CMs posting TP constantly and players braging about what they won,and keep quiet don't have a opinion u are OK, chat should be removed altogether it is not good, I saw players going on about covid another player asked to stop she had lost her partner to this yet this carried on, CMs have no respect and need a lesson in customer service,the site needs closing down, I've also seen so many players asked for bank statements, sorry but that's private, when you join this site after £2000 of winings if ur lucky enough you send in your id no one changes they are still the same person that joined this site so no reason to even want private documents,I just think the sites gone down hill, who ever manages it needs to get trained up properly, and stop all this bad reviews it has, the chat are rude and have no training atall, gave me a number to phone, sorry I'm phoning no one, all this site does is look after favourites and cms def have those, if all other players had any sense they would leave here let's see how the big Cms abd staff feel without a job, something needs to be done

I recently had my account disabled and they will not give me a reason why and the customer service is awful.I still have money on my account,I have asked for a refund but they said until my account has been reviewed for whatever reason they can't discuss refunds!I have called,emailed and used live chat,but still getting nowhere.I have even asked how I make a complaint but got nowhere at all! They can close my account but I want my money back!
