Accused me of making another account and have disabled the ONLY account I have ever made. Haven't been given any information just told wait. I have emailed the gamblers commission im regards to this matter. None of my questions have been answered, when was this other account supposedly made? Was deposit details supplied card details, PayPal?. This happened om Saturday and still no further forward... My account only came back on Thursday gone after a weeks cooling off period as I wanted a break. I want my questions answered. I received an email today asking me to contact tombola via phone at the earliest convenience, which i did and was told there's been a mix up with the emails??? Absolute shambles
