After 1 month, I'm still waiting for my order. I can understand delays happen, but they've been consistently opaque with information, given me the run-around and ignored my emails.

They didn't tell me the order was out of stock until I asked for an update 2 weeks after ordering it. The replacement was "lost by the courier", but they didn't admit this until 2 weeks (and 4 emails asking for an update).

On the plus side, when I asked for a refund, they were very quick to dispatch a replacement.
