I purchased an item last year which I felt the quality wasn't very good for the money I had paid. After using it once the product was damaged when I called customer service I asked for this product to be looked into and was told they wouldn't and refused to deal with the complaint any further. I gave them the benefit of the doubt ordered the same item only for the same thing to happen! I've been told the damage is caused by vibrations of a car - perhaps there should be a warning label on the box not to transport this item! We transport this item very carefully with more than adequate packaging to protect it.

I have spoken to the same person in Customer Service and I am appalled at how I have been treated! She was antagonistic, rude and refused to look into this claim any further. I was left shaken and extremely frustrated after my calls with her. It is clear why you have a no names policy at this company and it give the green light to your advisers to speak to your customers anyway they please without recriminations
