Nice design, terrible quality and even worse customer service
We purchased the cot based on the design but have found Tutti Bambini horrible to deal with very poor customer service and complete disregard for quality.

Customer service from Tutti Bambini has been poor and rather than attempt to resolve their mistakes, they look to cause the most disruption they can to you. While I think some of their products look nice, the quality is poor and the customer service is terrible.

I ordered a cot fro them and these are the issues I had:

- Item not delivered on stated day
- Their appointed courier advised they would redeliver at a requested time, they did not. Tutti did not care.
- Had the order sent to me again and requests although advised would be followed were not and item arrived in multiple deliveries rather than one
- Received an item which was clearly used and damaged which they tried to pass of as new
- Rather than attempt to resolve the issue by sending me a replacement, I had to take pictures of every part that was damaged and email them (despite 13 out of 14 pieces being damaged)
- Advised replacement was sent when it wasn’t
- Replacement sent which had scratches, chips
