“Don't even clean/wipe the child's mouth after meals ”

I'm sorry to say this but our 3 year old has been going to this nursery and when we go to pick him, we find food around his mouth and lips. This has happened 4 times in a row now. The staff should properly at least wipe/wash the children's mouth after meals but it seems they are being careless. Also, our child is potty trained and tells when he needs to go for potty/pee but it seems that the staff is not always listening to him because we often find his trousers/pants dirty when he comes… Read Full Review

I am surprised at this review. We have a formal complaints procedure If parents have a complaint they are encouraged to take it up with the Nursery Manager.

We currently operate five day nurseries.

We would like to respond to your complaint and by doing so ensure that our high standards are adhered to.

Please identify which nursery you child is attending so that we can respond to your complaint appropriately.
