If you are considering any home in Troon Taylor Wimpey be WARNED this outfit are very bad .
Houses are appealing and nice but that is it. Finish of homes are very poor indeed,
site manager in Princes Gate is useless,
customer care don't care. Useless misleading and avoid proper defects.
snagging manager is a speed hump , yes slows everything where possible and fails to own up to issues discussed . EMAIL every thing is my advice. They have 2 years to mess about before the NHBC kicks in unless there is a serious or potential issue .

Customer services manager and staff don't care including the head of customer care manager Lynn I think!! who knows they don't like giving the contact details out and self audit any complaint with disrespect.
Waste of time months of dire stress and taking the matters through other means.

Mission Statement reads
They say the have a 501 inspection check list before you move in , what a joke. They say up to 5 individuals check it out and FIX IT before you move into your new home , LOL
they must all be blind with over 37 defect and my list is smaller that many of the other homeowners. One issue is very serious and continue to resolve this I will follow this up in the future with readers of this site. Basically an all round bad company.
All is good until they get your money. then your problems start. Indeed Director of Sales is no better so you will see quality does not start at the top the message of quality is missing and filters down through the system, and ends up in you lap.
