Warning !! We missed our deadline to exchange contracts by 2 days in April 2021

Persimmon refused an extension and have also refused to refund the money we paid for the reservation fee and the money we paid in good faith for our finishing touches.

The Group’s underlying profit before tax for 2020 was £863m and with a cash balance of £1,234m

I'm sure our contribution of approximately £2500 will help ensure 2021 will be just as successful
