terrible staff very unhelpful
change of staff all the time I am not sure if they know what they are doing
on date of exchange completion getting keys went in and was told to check over for faults (there should not have been faults) new house they should be checking for that shoddy workmanship
the sales office could not answer any questions when asked about the house
paid extra to upgrade kitchen I wish I had told them not to fit one as if that is what is called upgraded I would not like to see the ones fitted that were not upgraded
brought carpet package but asked not to fit just supply the lounge as I paid for it but they fitted the rest of the house and did not supply the lounge so paid but did not get
damaged windows damaged tiles paint on tiles I could go on and on I would recommend looking to purchase elsewhere if I was buying a new house again
