Miller Homes Review

Me and my partner are so disappointed with the experience we have had with Miller Homes from start to finish.

The sales department lied about several items that we would get included in the price (turf, spot lights in the kitchen and bathrooms etc.). The quality of our brickwork is appalling compared with other houses on our estate and then to be told directly from the site manager “well we were up against it to get your plot finished” and nothing was done about it. The aftercare is non existent… it’s been 136 days since we got our keys and we still have NOT had our 7 day snag STARTED never mind completed.

Staff at Miller Homes give you excuse after excuse (even though you can see right through them) and make promises they NEVER keep. You are left to constantly chase them and you’re lucky if you even get a response.

It’s even more disappointing that the issues we have had is because staff just do not care and are only bothered about hitting targets to get their bonuses.

Heartbreaking when people have saved so much of their own money to buy the biggest purchase of their life and be given a product and service that does not meet your expectations in any way
