I bought a house from Bloor Homes with a faulty conservatory. Bloor hired their own trusted partner to conduct a survey which concluded that substantial amounts of work were needed to remedy the problem.
On the back of this report Bloor Homes wrote to us saying they wouldn't do anything about it.
So unprofessional, incompetent and inconsiderate.
