Too Many Bad Points To List But Heres A Few: X-tre

Too many bad points to list but heres a few: X-Treme ignores customers emails and calls and messages. Sends the wrong parts, expects you to perform all the services like installing a new ignition with no direction and having it break a week later. Still waiting on a call back from that. Terrible terrible terrible

I had people there answer all my calls until I got the scooter and had one thing after another broke and it took them a whole month to call me back.

I Was Ordering A Scooter For Myself, And Since My

I was ordering a scooter for myself, and since my sister's birthday was coming up, I decided to get her an X-Treme X 010, so I got the 99USD scooter from X-Treme for her as well as the XB-500 for myself which still hasn't arrived yet, but it is confirmed that a package that says X-treme is at the terminal with my address on it. After 5 days it came, my little sister was so happy. I took it out of the box, assembled the front wheel and charged it, after 8 hours of charging (power switch was switched to on), I took it out, twisted the throttle and lo and behold, nothing happened. However, it worked when it was plugged in, the charger plug was hot as heck so I didn't want to do anything with that anymore, so after an hour I took out the deck, took out the controller, jiggled it around, stuck in the charger and let it charge for 10 seconds. Took it out and twisted the throttle, this time I got a response! So I charged it for 5 minutes this time, then took it out, pulled the throttle and it went for a bit and died. I thought everything was fine from there on out. I put it all back together, charged it for about 10 minutes, took the thing out and twisted the throttle and got nothing, again! So I took it apart again and took the controller out and it took the charge now and like before, finally got a response.

Now I'm upset so I got online, opened a ticket for problems (BTW, don't ever try calling them, you'll be on hold forever, trust me, I was on hold for 6 hours before my phone died) then after a day I got a new controller that is suppose to come any day now. Anyway I got the battery to charge up now, so it's not the controller, it's the darn wires. I bet anyone, that the wires are old and demented and was probably made and assembled by a Chinaman. (I can say this because I am Chinese as well.) The wires probably were torn in some areas and when I stretched them, they must have touched. Anyway, now it works but I have no idea to what extent as I don't use it much since I have a Schwinn S-1000. Also to anyone out there, if you want a small scooter for your sibling or child, go to Schwinn or Currie tech, which is the maker of all the Schwinn, Izod, Mongoose, etc. electrical bikes.

Does anyone have any feedback on the X-Treme XB-500? I am looking at one for myself.
