My Scooter Was Delivered In A Non-working State.

my scooter was delivered in a non-working state. at no point in the 2 years that i've owned it has it operated as advertised. it never reached 45mph and by the time they fixed a problem with the motor cutting out as i accelerated into traffic (very unsafe) the battery life was down to 20 miles instead of the advertised 35 miles. i asked that they replace the batteries and they refused. now they refuse to communicate with me or refund my money. this was $2,400 down the drain for a piece of unsafe junk that now takes up space in my garage. andres pruna is a dishonest snake in the grass who sells substandard and unsafe products and then hides behind an unfairly written warranty where they expect you to be an electric vehicle mechanic and diagnose and fix complex electrical problems. you will wait for months for parts until they can claim you are out of the warranty period. now they hide behind gated property so the sheriff can't serve them small claims papers. that alone speaks volumes about the integrity of the man and his products.

This Is My First Experience On A Motorcycle, So I

This is my first experience on a motorcycle, so I have no basis for comparison as far as ride. But the scooter fits me well and feels very comfortable.

I am still gaining experience and have only put about 140 miles on the scooter. This scooter fits my mission perfectly and overall, I am very pleased with it. If I had it to do over, I would buy it again in an instant. I would certainly recommend this scooter to others.

As a side, I purchased solar panels to collect power for recharing the scooter, and so far, have not plugged it in to a regular outlet. Feels great to be energy independent!
