Yamaha Midnight Silverado 1700

The Yamaha Midnight Silverado 1700 is beautiful to look at, easy to customise, Fantastic to ride, spares no problem. Best bike I have had in 43 years of riding. Only downfall is I have big hands and find it a bit of a pig to inflate tyres. Just need to get some risers.

I bought a new Roadstar Silverado Midnight in 2006. Added luggage rack, front fender rail, etc. The bike is outstanding. Starts every time without hesitation. I ride it year round.

The bike is a Cruiser, but I have a tendency to ride it like a sport/tour and because it's so heavy, it eats tires

The Roadstar Clinic Website is without a doubt the best site. There has yet to be a question I've had about the Roadstar that I haven't had multilple replies to within 4 hours. No matter how difficult the question, they have an answer when it concerns the Roadstar.

I really am loving this Roadstar I am finding all sorts of really cool accessories available after the touring seat, is a custom solo seat and a Jockey Shifter or also known as a Suicide Shifter.

The Yamaha Midnight Silverado 1700 is an excellent cruiser. Good value for your dollar. The bike is steady and comfortable.

the only problem I have is the engine noise. The bike makes a high pitch twittering sound at 55 MPH. i.e. whatever the RPM is at, that speed and that gear. Depends on gear and RPM.
