I did not find the quality of training to be very good at all. AS a previous reviewer states I also was given contradictory advice by the instructors. Shouting at first time riders is also a poor way instil confidence.

The scooter they provided had a missing rear view mirror, and when I pointed this out it was suggested that I should simply "imagine" that I had one!

I did not feel particularly confident after the mornings training when I then went on to normal roads.

Improvements could be made in the way 'some' trainers teach and speak to students/customers! Use of foul language and confrontational shouting in front of other students leading to belittling by the instructor ******* in-particular, was in no way helpful or a pleasant experience! Clearly someone who knows how to ride a bike but not teach at all. After all we are there to learn not be shouted at when mistakes occur which inevitably they will! Instruction and rules of the road knowledge was ok however on two occasions I was given contradicting information on road rules as I had different instructors and actually had to ask the woman testing me, on the day of my test, at the test centre! I did pass both mod 1 and 2 first time.
