On July 3rd I received an email from USAUTOPARTS.NET promising a 20% discount for 24hours (LOWCOST20) was the coupon. As I compiled $316 worth of parts, I noticed a red message at the bottom of the order that said the "LOWCOST20" coupon was applied, however the items in my cart do not meet requirements. As I looked closer at the coupon to understand what the catch was, I noticed it said it expired June30!?!? Confused I contacted customer service who ensured me that if I called in they would give me a coupon for 20% off that I could place on my order and receive this. When Icalled they said they would only give 10% because the coupon I was using had expired. I asked them why they sent it out to me on the 3rd if it expired on the 30th. They expressed I was lying, and would have a manager call in 30 minutes to resolve. Of course no one called which is why I am posting how unrpofessional and dishonest this company is. They have definitely lost a customer. They obviously have WAY to much business.

I woudln't advise them to anyone except the Taliban at this point.

Placed an online order for multiple items yesterday. Paid $30 extra for overnight shipping. Their web site showed all items in stock. About 3 hours later I received an email saying one of the items was out of stock, but they had shipped the remainder of my order. I called the company and after a phone hold time of about 30 minutes, I was able to talk to someone and order a substitute part. I explained the situation to the rep and he said they would ship the substitute part overnight for free since I had already paid for overnight shipping on the original order. This morning I received the original order, less the out of stock part. Still havn't received the substitute part. Called them and when I got into their phone system I selected "new part purchase", guess what, a real live person answered immediatly. He told me that the substitute part was shipped via regular ground shipping. He transferred me to customer service. I've been on hold waiting for customer service to answer for 34 minutes now. Still waiting on hold. Do NOT do business with this company. They don't care about you after you place your order.

I bought a window regulator that crapped out about four weeks in (1 year warranty). You can get through to sales ofcoarse but good luck getting through to customer service or anyone that can help you with warranty info. I've been on hold for 30 mins, 45 mins and 45 mins before hanging up. They just put you on hold until you go away. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with these bozo's!

Used USautoparts.net twice. First time was excellent, second time insured that I will never order from them again and heres why. Ordered a Crank Pulley and it got here somewhat fast. Item was a repackaged damage that had been returned twice already from World Pac, another parts supplier. This proved to me that they are just a middle man and drop shipped this part. After inquiring about a refund they told me it would take 4 weeks after they recieve the part just to refund me my money. It would also take the same amount of time to issue me a new part if that is how I chose to do so. What company needs 4 weeks to issue a refund or part replacement? Stay away, you have been warned.
