I ordered two good quality tyres and arranged a time slot. The company phoned me to say that they couldn't get those tyres but could give me similar tyres for the same price. I let them do this but then saw that these tyres should have been a much cheaper option. I could have bought these tyres much cheaper from other companies and ended up paying more than I should have. This is a fairly common thing. If you want to use this company, make sure they fit the tyres which you originally order, and don't allow them to give you an alternative. I couldn't fault the fitter- he was professional and turned up on time.
