From my experience I would never visit this company again, they cannot be trusted to quote for just work actually required and simply make work up as they go along, very suspect operation and clearly out there to hoodwink customers and hugely overcharge at the same time for work not actually required.

I booked for an MOT online and whilst making the booking I asked how much is it? The member of staff asked if I had seen their website and I said that I had and saw the price of £25 advertised he then said "then it will be £25". When my husband took the car for MOT they charged £40 claiming that the £25 MOT is only for online bookings. This is misleading as neither their website nor the member of staff states that he £25 MOT is for only bookings only. The man who took the payment from my husband said that he didn't work for the company and was just helping out on Saturdays and so could not resolve our price discrepancy issue. He then very rudely said "I don't know what all the fuss is about it's only £15"! Needless to say I would advise anyone else needing an MOT to avoid this place unless you want to be misled also. I notice another review on Trustpilot who had exactly the same issue. No coincidence!

I would tell any person out there do not go here!!!! If you want a mechanic you have gone to the wrong place. They damage your car, when you go back the actual person who worked on my car said he herd a click but he didn't realise he had broken it. Then the manager of the place says, it is your word against his"!! SERIOUSLY. People go anywhere but here!!! Not to far is Woking Mota Care and I went there to fix what they had broken and get fixed what I wanted and saved over £350 to what trade tyres had offered. When you ask them I would like to speak to the owner. They then say he lives abroad!! Joke Joke Joke!

I shopped around for tyres online and then phoned a few companies around, while looking to replace tyres of my RAV4. Trade tyres quoted me for premium brand (Michelin), what others would quote me for a midrange tyre. Again, they did not have enough tyres on shelf (I needed 4, but had only 2), but advised me not to mix up the four. The guy would have ripped me off by offering a two different brands. Instead they advised me to come the next day to get the rest replaced.

They were very prompt and professional. They called me when my car was in the garage and informed me that it had passed its MOT. There was some advisory notes on brake pads and tyres, but I was told by Mark that these would not need changing for at least 3,000 miles. I was very satisfied and happy to recommend them to all.

Have been to several fast fit centres they mot my car and serviced it to the exact price quoted and valet the car free loan car ,everything done to time great customer service from mark the manager

Had combined mot and service carried out found prices to be extremely competitive and work was carried out to a good standard and within the time scale promised.Additional work was required and was explained fully by the technician who was very polite and helpful I was very impressed and have since recommended friends and work colleagues . Well done to all the team at trade tyres I will return in the future for all my motoring needs

Every year they service mot my car with no problems don't even ask a price totally trust them

Like anyone I was a little concerned with using an alternative method in getting my car motd and serviced but I have to say these guys are as good with their customer service as the service on my vehicle. Good value for combined mot. Collected serviced and cleaned as well.

Called 5 tyre company's they had no stock for the make of tyre I needed trade tyes had them in stock.when they fitted the front tyres they showed me the wishbone bushes had debonded, I had taken it to several garages to find out why the steering was heavy they came out with. Steering pump,front top mounts,Brocken springs.trade tyres even said if it does not fick the problem they would not charge me.they were spot on ,and done the job while I waited.
