Budget prices.....but!

Bought 2 tyres following phone conversation on brand of tyres they had in stock. Requested Continental summer tyres, Dunlop winter tyres fitted. I expected the correct tyres but mixing summer and winter tyres not recommended. One had slow puncture from day of fitting.....all cash deals, no receipt, no discussions once youve paid...get lost!

I bought new wheels for my van so called down to Top Gear Tyres to get them fitted. When we realised I had brought along the wrong size wheels the person I dealt with pulled out all the stops to sort a solution. Best customer service ever !

On the way to Cheshire Oaks along the M56 I had a blowout on my front tyre.I called Top gear tyres and they originally said that they do not do call outs. Within a minute they had sent me a text back to say that they would come out to me for a £50 call out fee. They promptly came out,removed the wheel and took it back to their garage. Fitted a nearly new tyre for a total price of £120.This was all done in about an hour.Fantastic service and would definitely use them again

First class place I bought four nearly new michelins for £100,they had hundreds to choose from they give you the full price range etc before you choose.

I drove over form Aberystwyth after a recommendation of a doctor I know,it was a bit of a drive 5 hour round trip including the fitting of the tyres,but well worth it I might just say.I bought four run flat tyres for my bmw and. The first time I used Top Gear, they fitted decent part warn tyres to my BMW. This good experience has never been repeated. Another set fitted by them only lasted a couple of months. I decided to give them another try recently with my Clio. They fitted cheap Chinese tyres. When I took my car for an MOT a couple of weeks later, I was informed that the tyres they had fitted were the wrong size. They agreed to change them. Being short of cash I decided to give them another go yesterday for new front tyres. When I arrived they pointed out that my back tyres only recently fitted by them were perished. They told me my tracking was out. This has only recently been done. They then fitted 2 Chinese tyres which were the wrong size. When I pointed this out they reluctantly changed them. Don't go there !!
