Just like to let people know that the manager here saved me £100s by fixing my exhaust for me at such short notice and a good price !!!

Went for a remap. Was told can definitely do it as he had done loads. I told him exact model. After 2 hours told me my car was a grey import And it cant be done! When I told him another guy said he can do it he told me to go there then. Rude and arrogant staff! AND YES I DID GET IT DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND IT RUNS GREAT!

*Avoid this company at all costs. Their workmanship is horrendous, the welds they have done on my exhaust are ridiculous. They are like an amateur has had a go at them. Secondly the tone and manner of the woman who receives the calls at the office is appauling. She says she has worked for trading Standards on a previous occasion and this may be why she attempts to not engage in a conversation and says if you have any concerns contact trading standards. Also when asked did you not conduct a DPF Removal,she avoids this topic and says “we have done a DPF modification” to avoid legal repercussions. Thirdly I contest if they have are using genuine stainless steel, due to the condition of the exhaust within a week. Please avoid this company at all costs. There are many other companies in West Midlands that will be more than happy to go through the step by step process of having an exhaust fitted and the after sales we be excellent, in comparison to this company.

Previous review on Yell.com has been deleted. I would honestly stay away from them. If I could include the pictures of the welds you would be seriously question if they should be in this kind of business.

Secretary was extremely rude. Refused to give me an invoice which i needed in order to pay the bill and they only take cash or bank transfer as payment. Asked to take a picture of it so i had the exact amount, she looked at me like i was mental and proceeded to hide the invoice from me. Apparently because you don't take pictures of receipts before you buy stuff from selfridges, whatever that means. All of this done in front of my customer. I've then called back to speak to a manager once the bill was paid regarding emailing over the invoice save me going back down. HE threatened to kick my head in amoungst many other disgusting things and said his secretary/ wife needed an apology else he would come and sort me out. I am not rude or aggressive in any way. Seriously never ever dealt with a company quite like it! Even though we have used them in the past, most definitely will not be returning for fear of been killed!

Been is today to have my Octavia Vrs in for a new exhaust as my old one has been falling apart for some time.

Approached him and he showed me everything that I could have and what it would sound like. I agreed and told him to do what you think will look the best. Left the workshop to grab a drink came back 1-2 hours later it was ready to drive away he started it and it sounded really nice. Excellent job excellent bloke. Thanks, really good work. Top man
