My requested part came within 24 hours - but was not exactly right. I returned this and was assured that the correct part would be sent as soon as they had one. Every week or so, I 'phoned (long distance) Always being promised they would call back - They never do! On two occasions I was told 'Yes we have one' -It will be sent at once.- Nothing! Still no return calls. E mails are totally ignored. They knew from the outset that my Fiat was going to be sold, which is why I needed the replacement trim. 3 weeks ago I reminded them of this - Once again I was promised immediate despatch. Now 8 weeks since I returned the first part. I have spent pounds on 'phone calls.

Like your previous reviewer, I am now awaiting a refund.- More in hope than expectation!! The next call I make will be to my bank.

I cotacted 24Seven spares to purchase a bubble bonnet for a Cleo Renaut .The Salvogroup Ltd. contacted me saying they had the colour and perfect condition bonnet and the price was £70.00 a few days past and I rieceved my parcel,To my dismay the bonnet was far from perfect it had bubble rust on the front and a few scratches so I complained and they said they would reimburse me £30.00 this was on 3/8/09I have made at least 6 phone calls to get my money back ,but still I am waiting todays date 2/9/09.I have now got intouch with trading standards and pursueing this problem.These people should not treat people like this and If 24seven want to keep thier customers I sugest they stop useing this company who are ruining thier good name.
