I took my car to RW Autos because it is near my workplace and supposedly has a Southwark Trading Standards Award. Their service was, however, very poor. Here are the problems: 1. MOT was dated incorrectly, and cannot now be changed, leaving me with a new MOT date 10 days earlier than the last; 2. Service record was marked as 'minor' rather than 'major' service; 3. Despite asking them to check the battery during the service, the battery failed completely just 3 days after the service and needed replacing; 4. Despite paying labour and parts to have a window regulator fixed, it broke completely just 18 days after the work, and they tried to avoid fixing this under guarantee. Altogether, I think this garage is inadequate and possibly untrustworthy, and I would strongly advise you not to use them.
