Never used RMC before but wanted someone local to help local companies (my usual BMW garage that I use for service and MOT had closed down). Found in The Challenger. Extremely helpful and truthful (I did check info given!) which I was extremely pleased about. Collected and delivered car when promised which is exactly what I needed. Very helpful on the phone in explaining faults and the costs involved. No complaints whatsoever even if they did accidentally leave their hoover hose in my car (this was promptly collected and proved they had hovered inside)! Would not hesitate to use them again for anything to do with our BMW.

I had a problem with my car stalling and running rough in the mornings, after 3 visits for the same fault my local BMW dealer told me I needed to spend £1500 on various new parts - GULP ! I decided to get a 2nd opinion, so I took it to the person at RMC and the car was fixed later that day for less than £300... Its never been better!! He is an ex BMW technician and knew exactly what to look for, he actually LISTENED to me and nothing was too much trouble. I cant recommend these guys highly enough, I will NEVER go back to a BMW dealer again. I wish them every success and will tell everyone I know that has a BMW or Mini to book in with them.

I spoke with a guy at RMC, after the BMW main dealer looking at my Mini gearbox and telling me they cant be repaired and I need a new one. What a wealth of knowledge!! My gearbox was removed and the relevant parts that were required to give me back second gear were replaced. It feels brand new again. All for a fraction of the price that BMW wanted. I have every confidence in the guys at RMC and would recommend to anybody wanting a good honest service.
