All Time Great Service!
Myself and my collegues have been dealing with ontime for a few years, the person in the compound at Aylesford is always so polite! when she promises a call back she always calles back. Invoices are done promptly with no fuss. She is what customer service should be everywhere. You are lucky to have her. Also the lady who always answers the phone to put me through to Teresa is always polite and is helpful also.
