Totally Useless. A Waste Of Time.
Contacted NSN on 30 January to arrange a service for my car. The earliest date they had was 12 February which I booked. By late afternoon my car had not been collected so I phoned them. They said they had sent me a message on 5 February but I never received it. The nearest to me in their network was 11 miles away. The furthest they would travel to collect a car was 10 miles!
They then had the cheek to ask if I wanted to book my car in for a service with this garage and take the car there myself. As the only reason I was using them was to have my car collected and delivered i declined.
