What I understood from a main dealer to be a complicated and costly problem with resetting the fault was dealt with quickly and at a very reasonable cost by Medway Diagnostics. Absolutely delighted with the service and would highly recommend.

The person I dealt with attended within 24 hours. Diagnosed sensor fault, also cleared some historic faults stored on ECU

Returned to see if he could fit sensor but unfortunately access to sensor is from under the car.

From start to finish the service has been amazing. Call was answered first time and was able to attend my vehicle the same day. On arrival the gentleman was very polite and extremely helpful. Within a short period of time the fault with my vehicle had been identified which was explained to myself with simple terms I could understand, rather than being filled with terms of the motor trade that myself and others may not understand. The fault with my vehicle was also able to be fixed within the same visit to diagnose it too, which made the whole experience very good as I was originally concerned that it may be something that could end up either being very time consuming or very expensive. Would highly recommend this company for all of the above reasons. Good customer service and care, very knowledgeable and professional too.

Very helpful and efficient. I had a problem with my citroen xsara picasso 2.0hdi as the engine fault light kept coming on and the engine going into limp mode. Gareth from Medway Diagnostics came out the same day to me and read my codes very quickly. Gave some very helpful advice which I am acting upon.
