Mann Egerton of Exeter, Exeter

Bought a used VW from them and expected top service as they are a VW main dealer, sadly this did not happen. A list of errors, lies, broken promises and poor take it or leave it service from the personnel. Have run Volvos for many years and am used to the excellent service that the dealer in Exeter offers. Suggest Mann Egerton staff take a lesson from their competitors and smarten up. We'll not be buying another VW on the strength of the local dealer, shame, as the car, now, is great, thanks mainly to VW in Barnstaple.
