Magnex-Vauxhall Specialist-Essex

My partner bought a car which Magnex put in for a service, we then got a phone call saying a lot of other things needed doing. So after geting a total price of over £1000 we decided to go ahead that way we would have a good quality car with no problems as it should have been all sorted! No chance of that after coming out it was still leakin oil along with a number of other problems that the car didnt have to begin with. It went back in and came back out twice before the oil leak was fixed with an additional fee of £300. We then had an 2 episodes of smoke coming out of the engine and had to call the AA, they were totally disgusted to find old, extremely old spark plugs in it. When we had replaced them with new ones before it went in! The car has been back into Magnex another once since then and it's still got problems.

Never use this company, even the manager admitted how poor the company was, when he walked out!!!
