I am disabled and can't walk very far but this guy has no conscience he would --- his own mother , I was looking for a Automatic car because driving is difficult he bullied me into leaving £300 pounds deposit I paid at 4.00pm once I got home I relizsed what had happened he was closed so I phoned 9.00 am and he was horrible said he had done work on the car so I must buy it , I asked just for some of my money he just said he will look for another car and will phone me back which he didn't. THIS IS THE WORST CAR DEALER YOU CAN FIND STAY AWAY.

Not even worth one star. We brought a car for wife to drive around with our daughter; tyres were illegal, several other issues and all we had was abuse and no help. Disgusting disgusting disgusting. Do not buy!

Bought a Ford Focus which broke down less than two weeks after purchase, I do not believe I should have to pay for replacement engine!!!! rejected the car under sale of goods act and from then on totally been blanked, I am not going to let this matter go and will take it to court as have two other people already .One way or another this will be dealt with no matter how long it takes

Bought an astra estate 05 from here for £2000 in January, lasted 4 days, engine seized and head gasket blown, been trying to sort something with these people since, the so called Manager had the cheek to say that I had driven the car into the ground within 4 days. Been asked to pay for half the cost of the damage, been offered a car half the price i paid for this car. I have done all the phoning and chasing up they will not contact you. Beware they take your money via Tripple R Autos, give you paperwork from Bristol Bargain Cars and call themselves Lowcostcars. They will not give you any full names of staff. The warranty is not worth the paper its written on so don't think that covers you either. Nasty intimidating boss who will ignore you as much as possible. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU

Brought a car and took it away, two days later it broke down and I went back to the garage. Unpon our return we were treated very badly and we told they would buy the car back the half the money we paid. We are still fighting to get our money back.
