I recently purchased an Audi A3 from The Lee Valley Motor company and just like to say how helpful the guys were here, so friendly and helpful, overall great customer service. would highly recommend this company!

I have to say these guys are brilliant! I saw on auto trader that they had. Ford Focus in stock, came down the next day. The two people I dealt with greeted us and run threw everything on each car. Brilliant service, fianance took a fair while but understandable with Sunday service from a third party. Part ex'd my Audi in and picked my focus up the next day with out any problems! Recommend these guys and company to anyone! One guy will have you in stitches all the time!

Recently bought a Mercedes CLA180 from here in May 2017. I initially saw the ad on their website, and dropped an email to see if the car was still available. A received a quick call back within the hour and viewed the car on the same week. Service was great from the all guys working there. I wasn't pressured to buy the car at all, even after telling them we were viewing other cars from dealership that were close by. Got to test drive straight away without a booking, which was nice.

In the end, came back and decided to buy the car. They were very helpful in sorting out the necessary paperwork (tax, insurance, log book), also very patient even after some delay in payment from my bank. Drove off on the same day. All the guys working there are great, had a great conversation with all. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

We were looking for a mini automatic but no suitable vehicles available in Wales. We found what looked like a good deal at Lea Valley and contacted them via e-mail along with 3 other cars with different companies in England. Lea valley was the only one to get back to us and after talking to them on the phone about the vehicle we decided to go for it. The process was trouble free and delivery to Wales was included. Communication was sometimes difficult over the phone but no major problems. All went well and my wife is delighted with the car which was as described even down to a slight mark on the rear bumper. Thanks also to the guy who delivered the vehicle to us. All in all very professional and would definitely recommend.

I have bought a Range Rover recently from lea valley motor chingford and from the minute I see the car on there website and phoned they was excellent. I dealt with a couple of people due to days off but everyone was helpful. I originally phoned regarding the car on a Tuesday and was told it was still available but I couldn't get there until the Saturday the salesmen offered for him to walk around the car and describe the car to me and if I was happy I could reserve the car until Saturday. I took my chances and waited hoping it wouldn't sell. I arrived on the Saturday morning to the Range Rover parked by the front ready for me to test drive, they were both very organised and a pleasure to deal with. I took my car the same day and can not recommend the company enough. I will defiantly be back when I need my next car.

Do not use this company. Clutch went within two weeks of purchase and the company refuses to take liable responsibility for the damage. The Car was also advertised with a years MOT to which was not the case on arrival.
