Kwik Fit, Oxford, Oxfordshire

I wanted to have my air con refilled and was told to wait. I waited 10 minuets and thought they might as well check if I need new tyres. I knew one tyre was bad and needed to be changed. Was then told that that tyre was not bad BUT I needed to replace the all my tyres... very odd. So I thought as I needed an MOT soon I might as well do this. I was then told it will take 1hr. After an hour I got back to the shop and they were busy removing the last wheel from the car. The proceeded to wait another 40min!Drove to London on Sunday and found that with the air con switched off the car is actually cooler than before!
