Young man very helpful. Price was more than I would normally pay for a puncture but he took time to explain pricing policy and was very friendly, explaining what he was doing . Very impressed and will now use again!!  

I only went in for a service! nothing wrong with it, it was running fine, I get a call saying the spark plugs were rusted and needed replacing, I said ok then, I get another call back saying one of the plugs was so rusty that it was jammed.

End of the day I go in and they explain that they could only replace 3 out of the 4 plugs, I said hmm ok then, I drove off only to find less than 3 minutes down the road warning lights were blinking.... I pull over, open the bonnet and flames were coming out of where the spark plugs were, It was only a small fire but still very scary. Took it back in the following monday and they apologized and replaced the rubber spark plug thingy that they forgot to put back in and that's why it caught fire apparently.

I Hate incompetence.

took an alloy with flat Tyre to be replaced. i was then told to come back in 3 hours as they were busy. went back after 4 hours and the guy said oh sorry i forgot, then took another 30 mins to do the tyre.

very very slow-fit

Tried to charge me £85 to change my winter tyres over, despite the offer being £45! Offered to do them for £48 as i walked out (2 hours+ wait), got them done down the road for £32, took 30 minutes. So what was all that about? Never going back.
