Damage To Steering Wheel
Went to Kwik fit for wheel alignment and the tool used to hold steering wheel has damaged and scratched the steering wheel which is deep and annoying to look at and they are constantly saying it’s impossible how it happened but it’s not impossible at all they are just avoiding the damage caused the tools part that caused the damage exactly matches the damage on the steering wheel
i follow a group on facebook and I have had loads of comments saying it’s definitely done by this tool and even aligned the tool to the part of damage it perfectly matches also it can be seen it’s a fresh mark not old and this is not being dealt with accordingly and all I’ve been getting is the same excuse it’s been seen personally and the 2 bits on the tool correlate to the damage so the garage staff were being super difficult and denying all knowledge and responsibility for the damage they caused. They have to take responsibility of care but they are not obviously doing this.

Idle Work Force
Today we went for a puncture repair left the car with them no rush and they wernt particular busy 3 cars in , 4 hrs later puncture still not done had to ring and moan to get it done, if I had know that Kwik fit were more lazy slow fit I'd of gone else where an it have been done while I waited thought the whole idea was in the name Kwik fit , manager needs to kick butt or the area manager , even halfrauds are better and quicker , rest assured this place will not get any recommendations, maybe if they weren't to busy chatting an offering free parking to residents making the place look busy they would actually get work done in an acceptable time

Motability Customer
Having a Motability car we had our annual service and was told we needed a new tyre straight away. The Dealer told us to take it to Kwik Fit and gave directions to Lansdowne Road Oldham.
We went in and told them we had a Motability car and needed the tyre replacing as we were driving to Scotland that day.
We were told that they could only do it at tea time or on Monday, we said again that we were Motability and going to Scotland but it made no difference and they said that there were only 4 people in and they were busy.
We know it was a Saturday morning, but we felt they could have slotted us in as were going on a long journey.
As we were running out of time we drove to Scotland with a tyre that needed replacing.
Lucky for us we got there in one piece.
We think that Motability customers should have priority.
You couldn't be more wrong. If i had waited around for my car to be dealt with and then told that i had to wait even longer because someone just walked in and had priority i would be fuming.
If there is a wait then thats it. Deal with it. You can't blame Kwik-Fit for being busy. I suggest next time you allow more time between your service and going on hoilday so you can allow for this.
