Fast, professional response in atrocious conditions on 27/12/23. They could not have been better and got us and the car home safely despite most routes being closed due to the worst flooding I’ve seen in 26 years living here.

I needed your recovery services on Sunday 15th October 2023 and your 2 employees were helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They responded so quickly and were able to get our car into neutral after it shut down in park mode. Onto the transporter and off to the garage. I can thoroughly recommend this garage. I found communication and customer relations excellent, and I was well pleased with the work done.

Put my car in for a clutch repair. initially told £350 inc vat for labour without parts because of subframe removal. final bill for labour (without parts) was £850 inc vat because of 'difficulties' staff friendly enough and service guy at desk very helpful, but owner just plain difficult. also found them brushimg snow off my car with the hard garage brush and scratched my roof. Not very happy and will never use them again. bit of a back street garage and not a proper service centre - what did I expect I suppose..

I've been going here since they opened, over the time I've been in with several cars with various problems and repairs being investigated and undertaken.

I've always found the staff very helpful and friendly, very good hourly rates and always try to fit you in if an emergency(such as realising your MOT runs out in 3 days).

I have recommended this garage to many people, and will continue to do so. I now go out of my way to take my car to Kinnon's rather than settling for a different garage who I don't know.

As an amatuer mechanic who like's to dabble, knowing the staff will do a good job and I won't be ripped off gives me the reassurance I need from a garage.

Just had a new clutch installed on a 2004 subaru legacy. Job carried out quickly and appears to work drive perfectly now. Cost about £300 less than the next best quote I had (£547). Happy.
