What a pleasure to be part of the johnsons of redditch service .

Customer treatment ist class both off the men I dealt with My v70 d5 had issues . These were treated with both care and professionalism , not normally experienced in main dealerships .

My car is my work tool and it's great to have it back , Solihull Masarati pls take notice .

Cost effective repairs with a customer service that was excellent makes the whole experience a " I would always recommend these people for any Volvo owners repairs , yes you pay a little more than a back street garage but it's false economy.

I just knew that these people had a handle on how to treat there customers within a few minutes .

Honest advice , not normally associated with garages .

Having prearranged a service time, which I would wait in the garage, it came as a surprise that the mechanics were on lunch. Deep breath.... On collection, the car needed a new part and Johnsons would advise its arrival. A week later I called for an update... the part had arrived several days before. OK.... Arranging a suitable time for the fitting was not a problem though arranging a courtesy car or a lift to my place of work was. Fitting seems not to be an issue, but advising that the car was ready for collection (meetings to go to) was. This is just basic customer service. Not something that Johnsons obviously pride themselves on. Otherwise they may send the service person on a course or similar. I would suggest a basic course ie looking at the customer when speaking, not answering the phone when speaking etc. The advanaced course of true customer service could come later.

Anyway, Worcester Volvo next!

Johnsons Volvo of Redditch were recomended by our insurers after an attempted break in on our car.

They didn't offer a courtesy car despite our insurers organising it with them, they then couldn't deliver the courtesy car as they had no drivers. Then when they did return the car I got into it and found the door lock missing (it was lying on the back seat). This left us with a car we couldn't lock and as they took the courtesy car back before I could look at the car, left us with no car to use.

I had to take the car back to them four times as they seemed like it wasn't his problem. Eventually I gave up and took the car to our local Peugeot dealer who at least managed to get the lock to stay in.

The electrics in the door also now no longer work, these were fine before the 'repair' and the door now leaks in the rain. I really wish we had taken the car elsewhere.
