Had our Giulia scraped in a car park and with it being less than a year old was devastated! Our insurance company recommended Howard Basford in Birkenhead so we went with them. We were very worried about getting the car back with a shoddy repair being done but it turned out to be the complete opposite. From start to finish they kept us informed and had the job done in a few days. When we turned up to pick the car up it was waiting outside gleaming and looking as good as new. The staff were friendly and helpful. Can't think of a single negative point about the experience. Would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Had a text from them on a monday, promised return of my car on Friday, friday came and went no telephone call or car. I called them on Monday and was told by a very rude woman that someone tried to call me all day on Friday and it was engaged all day. This is complete BS! Was also told car should be done today. Tuesday came still no car or contact! Tuesday afternoon I got a text saying car done please contact us to arrange return. I phoned branch and was told "we didn't send text", car was getting cleaned and should be ready tomorrow! AGAIN Wednesday came NO CAR! Again I called them. Car finally came Wednesday afternoon. It wasn't the fact that they had my car for nearly 3 weeks that was my issue, it was the messing about and lying through their teeth that irritated me. Never want to use this garage again and I've told my insurance company.

They kept me well informed throughout each stage and took the stress out of seeing my car so badly damaged Thank you HOWARD BASFORD and very well done. After reading some of the reviews on here I was apprehensive that my nearly new BMW 4 series was going to Howard Basford Warrington. So before having my car delivered back I took an independent expert with me to check out my car. In his words "an amazing job well done".

The staff are just lovely from giving me weekly reports of were my car was up to, the girls on reception delightful, the gentleman who delivered my car back was first class.

After finally getting my car back, I washed it and discovered that the repared parts were painted with flat paint not metallic, I don't see how this could happen, surely there should be sime sort of quality control, ?

Excellent service from Howard Basford Mold, thank you very much. The customer service was second to none, and they certainly took the stress out of it all for me. My car was picked up and a very clean hire car delivered, all on time and by a very thorough and polite man. Also I was fully informed of what was happening and when along the way, and never had to chase HB for anything throughout the process. I would highly recommend Howard Basford in Mold in the future. Having recently damaged my Vauxhall Mokka I was directed to Howard Basford Ellesmere Port by my insurance Company.

I would like to say that the service I received from start to finish was excellent.My car was collected by a very pleasant Gentleman who was extremely thorough in checking both my car and the loan car and the was clean and in good condition.

I was kept updated by txt and was originally advised that the repairs were expected to be completed by 1st September.

However by coincidence as I was returning from Cheshire Oaks I received a call today (30th August)to advise that my car was ready for collection so I returned to collect my car.

I was greeted by a welcoming Receptionist who completed my paperwork promptly

in a friendly manner and was delighted by the repair to my car.

It is hard to find anything negative to write about this company. My car was subject to a hit and run on a car park, they collected the car when they said they would, kept me constantly informed of progress by text messages.The car was cleaned after repair and returned to me as agreed. The repair is first class, you would never know it had been damaged. This is what I call service.
