Have been taking my Fto and now my Celica to them for 14 years. I live in Luton but it's well worth the journey. They have never let me down and I have never felt stung!

They correctly diagnosed a problem with my nissan micra but then went ahead and repaired it and charged me over 3 times the retail price for the part. However, I had to pay them otherwise I wouldn't have got my car back. Recently I needed them to run another car through the diagnostics check but when I asked them if they would (and I stated I was quite happy to pay a diagnostics fee) they said they weren't interested unless they got to repair it and were downright rude to me on the phone and hung up!
