GSF Motor Works, London

I took my 2010 VW Polo to GSF for a rattle in the boot. Roberto was my service rep - he was understanding, polite and efficient. They fixed the car within 1/2 a day. showed me the fault and then said there was no charge for the job. I will DEFINITELY go back and use GSF again. Thank you for all your help.

Totally transparency about cost at all stages. Consulted on all issues, options and solutions prior to acting. Pardon the pun but the customer really is in the driving seat, they bring the expertise.

I was looking for a garage near me in sw1 for a brakes and service and found GSF on the net.

Gave them a call the lady on the phone sounded very professional and polite so thought would give them a look in.

Easy location just off Queenstown road under the arches and when i arrived there was a bit shocked because on there forecourt was parked a Aston Martin DB,Mercedes ML63amg, Bentley Arnarge and a beautiful Ferrari Dino, so was more excited just by the Dino that almost forgot why i came there.

Anyway the lady on the desk was fantastic (also very cute) and i spoke to Roberto who booked my car in but also made me feel at ease which i like.

Left there happy and got a call later to tell me what i needed and also the price which i must say beats my local Audi dealer , a day later i picked up my car all was done and i am happy to say "Thank you Gfs" .

Great professional service will definitely be back when car need anything else worked on.

The service was fabulous. Quick and efficient. The staff were courteous and the Audi came back good as new.

I was told about this garage by a friend as, despite living quite nearby, I had never seen it before. I am extremely pleased to have now found it.

I brought the car in for an issue I was having with the engine - these guys are clearly very knowledgeable and hard working and the bill was much lower than I had feared.

I have now used GSF for a little over 7 months on both my cars and i can say hand on heart they are fantastic and have never let me down.

I first went to them 7 months ago with my 1999 Range Rover i bought that needed a lot of love and attention and GSF was recommended to me by a friend. They told me what had to be done and it was a big job was quoted a price and lets say it was £2500 cheaper than Range Rover Main Dealer and £1000 cheaper than any other garage i had used.

Well i have to say the job they did was amazing and they service they provide is main dealer service but without the heavy cost.

For me i have used them from a tyre change to my other car having a total engine rebuild and never have they let me down ,they keep me in the loop all the time and i am always welcomed to come and have a look at the progress of the work being done and when i do come i am treated always like family, warm and friendly.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GSF!!!!

Excellent garage with great facilities. It has a main dealer feel. Well worth a try.

I was only charged £29.99 for the MOT for my audi tt. I waited in a clean lounge for customers with power sockets for laptop and a TV. Staff was very friendly and I was offered complimentary drinks. Great customer service.

I sent my car in for diagnostics, I was told i could have the car returned to me at my workplace. I decided not to progress with the repairs recommended, and was told it would cost me £30 to have the car returned to me a cost of which I was not initially informed of. When my car was returned to me, the wheel hub fittings and front grill was not replcaed, i had to return the car again to have this replaced, it was not replaced properly so had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. A big waste of my time. Staff very friendly, but not especially efficient.
