One Year After Raising Concerns With The Installat
One year after raising concerns with the installation of the Greenfuel system I was finally offered a service visit from an engineer. It was agreed that the engineer would come o my workplace. True to form, Greenfuel screwed up again and the engineer went to my home address instead. I called the office. Yet another example of hopeless administration and communication on Greenfuel's part. I was promised another visit 4 weeks later on 21st December. They could not do any sooner as they were too busy. Not surprisingly, on the 21st, I was called to say that they were stuck in traffic and could not get to me on time. It seems that my call was being squeezed in between other calls which were obviously given more priority. I was told that I would be called again to arrange a new appointment. Needless to say I am still waiting. It is now almost 17 months since the original installation. My 2 year warranty is almost expired and is virtually meanngless. I have no faith in this company whatsoever.

I Had My Car Converted By Greenfuel In Aug 2008.
I had my car converted by Greenfuel in Aug 2008. The garage was appalling and the quality of workmanship shoddy. Greenfuel acknowledge that their installer was not very good and struck them off. However Greenfuel initially assured me in an email in Dec 2008 that they would collct my car and get it sorted out. However despite calling to arrange this they failed to call me back. I have called about 20 times in the last year and they have simply referred me back to the installer.
My contract was with Greenfuel. I paid my money to Greenfuel. My warranty is supposedly covered by Geenfuel. However after 15months with no resolution their only offer was for me to drive 140 miles to their Bath office at my exense. Their so called nationwide warranty is worthless.
My advice would be to find a different network, or better still if you really want LPG (which to be honest WILL NOT save you 50% as they claim) then find a garage that you trust and pay by credit card.
