GM Motorserve, Hanwell

Just had the MOT and service carried out on two vehicles at GM Motorserve. Excellent fast service and very reasonable prices. They give clear honest advice and do not try and maximise work done with unnecessary items.

Have used for the last couple of years and would recommend.

Just be careful getting in and out of the tunnel entrance!

This garage has been looking after my Vauxhall Vectra for 5 years and without them I would have probably scrapped the car ages ago.

They have kept what is fundamentally a badly designed car with many expensive designed in faults on the road at affordable levels of expense throughout. Their approach is always to try to come up with a solution which provides the most economical outcome for the customer, unlike many garages whose main aim seems to be to maximise their own revenue. Although they market themselves as Vauxhall specialists they are pretty good with other makes as well. I have started taking my wife's Focus there as well after the local Ford dealership recommended over £1,000 of unnecessary work and have found them to be just as good with the Ford.

When my Vauxhall finally bites the dust and is replaced by another make I would not hesitate to go back with any other make of car.
