I took my Audi around to FDS at short notice as I had taken it to a main dealer for a aircon re-gas and service. Unfortunately the main dealer (Not Audi by the way) seemingly did not bother with the service bit and it was still leaking in to the car. I had heard about Sean so thought I would give him a try... To say I was impressed with Sean's knowledge, enthusiastic attitude, and customer service would be the understatement of the millenium. He really knows what he is talking about and explains the problem very clearly. He is extremely friendly and obliging.... I would highly recommend French diagnostic services to anyone. The Price was extremely reasonable. Absolutely fantastic!!!
What a great internet find this place is, and only a couple of miles from my home.
My daughter had an intermittent starting problem and no internal lights on her Renault Clio. Where other local garages didn't want to know, (name removed) sorted both problems in a very efficient manner and at a very fair cost.
With so many 'rip-off' merchants in the motor trade, it was refreshing to deal with (name removed), who was not only clearly very knowledgeable and competent, but also very friendly, and went out of his way to explain the faults and fixes.
Many thanks FDS, a pleasure doing business with you - we will be back for servicing and MOTs !
