As an engineer of 30 years experience i can spot someone who is totally devoid of any knowhow or expertise. This was not the case when i presented my car to the person I dealt with and his team with an ongoing issue that several garages had looked at but could not rectify. After explaining the issue and a test drive with one man. The two guys and i spoke at length of the problem and was undertaken to diagnose over a three day period. When i received my car back it was explained to me what has been done and why, where the major costings lay and why. They weren't the cheapest but there is a saying "Skilled labour isn't cheap, Cheap labour isn't skilled" I cannot praise FOX HOLLIES GARAGE enough my only criticism is returning of calls but in defence of the person I dealt with he did say "I'm **** at returning calls, too busy" which i understand, so now you know. I have recommended to friends and family that have all used them and all are happy.

Disappointing level of customer service and poor communication from Fox Hollies Garage.

The garage did not ring to tell me that car is ready for collection.

Car interior left muddy after work was carried out.

Raised an issue with the garage two times with different people. Garage promised to call me back to resolve the issue. In the end did not receive any phone calls from them.
