Arrived on time, fitted the tyres but left them way over inflated to the degree that the car was jumping over the road, 59pound suare inch instead of 36, Event now owned by the AA and on their site they say it is dangerous to run with over inflated tyres.

Falken who make the tyres say do not inflate beyond 54 pounds. Says it all, staff need further training.

Event tyres were the cheapest for the two new tyres that I could find. Booked an appointment for 2pm, turned up at 4pm. did phone to say he would be late... started removing the tyres and broke one of the tyre sensors, any way fitted both tyres, started car, tyre sensor warning light said pressure(s) not monitored.

Had to buy new sensor cost £35.00 which they fitted. Still did not work.

this time whilst rushing to do the job, did not fit the wheel nut cover properly, lost cover when I drove the car.

Took car to main dealer for service and was informed the cost to reset sensor £67.00. also found that locking wheel nut remover had two pins broke anther £40.00 for new set.

Mite have been the cheapest but cost me more the then the dearest quote.

will not use again.

Used them on 2 separate occasions for budget tyres to be fitted to a BMW X3 and found them excellent.

After yet another screw finding it's way into one of my rather expensive run flat tyres, I found myself (yet again) sat in my local Kwik Fit first thing on Saturday morning, trying very hard not to meet the eye of any of the other customers; waiting for the staff to finish fannying about and to get around to actually taking a look at my car. Luckily for me, they didn't have my tyre in stock! Once home, I found Event Tyres through Google. Being vaguely sensible, I tried to find negative reviews. Without luck. Not one single one. Two minutes later, I was viewing a selection of tyres on event-tyres. I was able to make a choice easily because ALL of the information was right there. On the same page. Decibel rating, wet rating, price, availability. Still notnbeing able to find a catch, I booked an appointment to have my two front tyres changed at my place of work. Within an hour, I was emailed by a member of staff, confirming my appointment.

On the day, I received a text from my fitter, giving me a three hour window when he anticipated arriving. He was presentable and charming when he arrived, well within the promised timescale. He changed both tyres within 20 minutes, without any fuss. He even gave me very useful advice with regards to my locking wheel nuts. Which did not benefit him at all.

I immediately told every car owning colleague at my workplace about my amazing new supplier of tyres. I saved nearly £70 on the cost of two tyres today. I didn't have to beg Kwik Fit to price match, either. It will be strange not being patronised by someone young enough to be my son who tries relentlessly to sell me several products and services that I neither require, nor desire. But, I am sure that I will get over it. Event tyres gained a new long-standing customer today. I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know at every opportunity. I could not be more delighted. Many thanks to my fitter. I am an absolutely delighted customer.

Superb! I have used various online tyre suppliers for years, from Value Tyres to Black circles, and this is by far the best. As opposed to the other companies, Event Tyres provides home and work mobile fitting.

On Tuesday afternoon I booked an appointment at my home for Wednesday between 8 and 10, for two Falken 452's, a positive rated tyre, and they came in at £68 each fitted! The best price I could find, and they come to you!

In the morning, I received a call to say the tyres were loaded and on the way. The fitter turned up at the time he said he would, and he was polite, professional, quick and exactly what you would want of a someone coming to your home. I offered him a cup of tea, but he declined and insisted on getting the job done in a timely manner. He took around 20 minutes to do both wheels, and when I came out to see how he was getting on, he handed m my car key and said that it was complete, and he had returned the spare wheel and tools to the boot and he had left everything as he found it. He explained that the wheels were balanced with new valves, he told me how much weighting they needed based on the testing... he gave me all the information I never get from a garage. It was excellent.

I paid the very reasonable price AFTER the job was done, to ensure I was happy, and he went on his way. PERFECT service... In times when good service seems hard to come by, this was a real breath of fresh air.

I will be using them again, and have already pointed a number of my friends to their website.
