I was well aware of the bad reviews but still my cheapskate mind told me otherwise loads of garages laughed when I told them I would be taking my car here but I thought no they just competitors who wanted to put me off... Very nice on the phone to get you in once u get there price gets bumped up and the boss gets very aggressive wish I didn't give in and challenged him complete idiot STAY AWAY TRUST ME SPEND THAT BIT EXTRA DONT BE TEMPTED BY THE LOW PRICE - REMEMBER YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I had the misfortune to use this company recently, and I cannot believe they are still in business. I took my car to them, because I had a problem with the DPF. These people have absolutely no idea what they were doing. PLEASE avoid like the plague, that are dangerous and clueless. I ended up taking my car to a specialist, who advised me that I was lucky my car was still running. They initially had a great customer focus, explaining what they needed to do. However, they left my car virtually un drivable and in a very dangerous and illegal state, I have contacted trading standards and hopefully they will follow this up. Once again please avoid this garage. Also trading as, DPFTechnology.co.uk or dpf deletion or tiptop exhausts. I have also noticed that all the positive reviews on this site give 5 stars, coincidence perhaps......or are they from this garage???

Just a quick review to say how pleased I am with the service I had from DPF Deletion, they even fixed my bonnet catch free of charge. A great job. Well done!

This company are great they fixed my car with no problems. And the young apprentice even fixed my bonnet catch for me. The work was done on time and at the price agreed .

Said they would delete and remove all they did was drill three big holes in the bottom of it then welded it up with their eyes closed stay away do not give these people any of your money.

Charged £450 for dpf deletion. Did not work. Car drove worse than before. When i took it back manager very aggressive and verbal. They take money from vunerable people. Place was very empty. I should have read the previous reviews. Very untrustworthy people running dodgy business.

Stay away from them

Had my DPF removed two days after my Vauxhall Antara had no power. The manager there reassured me about his service, I therefore have to write this brilliant review. After having the DPF removed I have gained all my power back and the car drives superb the staff were very professional, a special thanks to the young gentleman for all his assistance and fully explaining the procedure to me. Most helpful indeed. I read all the reviews and have to say my experience was first class.

Had my Audi A3 DPF removal carried out by this awful firm, really nice on the phone, to get your custom, quoted me a reasonable amount over the phone but when i turned up the price was increased by over a hundred pounds for no apparent reason. I had no choice but to get the work done as the car was in limp mode with the lights on. When i collected the car they were offended because i wanted to test drive it as i didnt want the lights to come back on whilst driving home, they suddenly had an attitude and demanded the money, really intimidating and completely unprofessional, they took complete advantage of the situation i was in and as a female driver and RIPPED ME OFF COMPLETELY. It is entirey your choice should you wish to use dpf deletion in birmingham but beware they are opportunists at their very worst. GOOD LUCK.

Thank you thank you for solving my dPF problems I can't believe the difference in performance and drive ability of my car and not charging me the earth for it. Highly recommend thes nice bunch of people

Had my dpf removed and a remap from these guys and they did my oil change and a dyno run for free. My golf gt is now out of limp mode No smoking and my fuel economy is amazing if you want a good straight forward no hassle service go here. They know there stuff and they only use Evolution chip software.and have all the right equipment.
