I also took a leap of faith last November after feeling ripped off by a Merc main dealer.

They have seemed to be very fair in their dealings with me. They damaged one of my cars brake discs during a repair for a reductor ring and sensor and when I went to collect the car I found new ones fitted on both rear wheels.

The problem with the ABS returned and they willingly fitted a new sensor under warranty (previous one faulty)- 5 months after the job was done. No problems there.

I would feel confident in using their services again

I have used this company for over 3 years and can honestly say i am very pleased with the service and professionalism i have received.

I drive a Mercedes CLK and when it came to the time to service my vehicle i found them on Google page 1 for "mercedes servicing Birmingham".

The price i was quoted was pretty good and took the leap of faith to try them out. I returned to collect my car and I can happily say I was delighted as my car had been cleaned from the inside. The chap in the office gave me the filters and plugs that had been changed and i was given the bill for the work which was exactly what I was quoted.

Very pleased ... No complaints, and i have been back a few times since and always has been a good experience.
